Global Resorts Network Compensation Plan - Perpetual Leverage

Global Resorts Network’s compensation plan is called “Perpetual Leverage”. This refers to the override commissions as well as the pass up representatives that become your “front line reps” as they get passed up through the people in depth that are duplicating in your organization.

There’s 3 basic parts of the compensation plan that you need to be familiar with:

  1. Your Direct Commissions
  2. Your Override Commissions
  3. Perpetual Leverage

Each part of the compensation plan has it’s own benefits which we’ll go into further detail on below…

Your Direct Commissions:

This is the easiest part of the GRN comp plan to understand - and the most important as it’s the first type of commission that you’ll be eligible for as a new representative. For every Platinum membership that you sell you make a $1k commission.

Your Override Commissions

As you start to create a team of people that are also marketing their GRN business, the compensation plan will allow you to earn a matching commission for each of their sales as well. So, for every platinum sale that your front line reps make, you too make a $1k commission. This gives you a STRONG incentive to passionately and aggressively train your organization to duplicate your success.

Perpetual Leverage

To be blunt: this is where most people (myself included) needed to hear it explained a few times before it *really* made sense. The way I describe perpetual leverage is this: who ever makes the FIRST sale on each level of your organization gets passed up to your sponsor. So I could sponsor 50 people, but if the 42nd person was the first one to make a sale, THAT is the first person that gets passed up to my sponsor.
